Popham Beach
I live on Cape Ann surrounded by magical light, salt and seaweed infused air and diverse visual beauty. This environment inspires my creative spirit. I have always felt at home by the sea.
Texture and color are important elements in my painting and printmaking. I may use different types of seaweeds in my collagraph prints as well as handmade papers. Experimentation with collage, markmaking and using a variety of tools and materials excites me. The surprise of the unexpected keeps me interested.
