I have been having a great time with many new projects and ideas. My Gemini nature loves this! I am currently working on a commission that combines glass and granite and will turn these hard substances into crashing sea and surf. I have also been exploring the possibilities of the new lime surround technique I recently learned from my teacher in Italy, Dagmar Friedrich. Dagmar was just here in Rockport teaching an intensive four-day mosaic workshop in my studio with people from as far away as Canada. I have new small works done in this method as well as fun mosaic wands. Be inspired to try your hand at mosaic making. Classes are being offered in June and July.
