Cape Ann Artisans Invite you to “Pop-In” for the Holidays!
One Day Open Studio on Saturday, December 3rd, 10-4
For the second year, the Cape Ann Artisans will host a holiday open studio event for just one day, December 3rd from 10-4PM. Many tour visitors aren’t quite ready to do their holiday shopping in October, so this is an effort to reach out to the Cape Ann Artisans many local followers and friends at this special time of year! Expect a warm and festive welcome along the route!
Nearly all the 2022 Artisans, plus returning Artisan, Beth Williams, will be on the tour. The full list is below:

To help organize your holiday shopping, here’s a handy way to approach the tour by neighborhood:
- East Gloucester and Downtown: Rebecca Nagle, Sinikka Nogelo, Marcie Rae, and Sallie Strand. Marcie will “move” her work temporarily to join the Cripple Cove group to help visitors optimize their route! Downtown you will find Beth Williams on Pleasant Street and Melody Phaneuf on Centennial Avenue.
- Riverdale/Lanesville will consist of John Abisamra, David Archibald, Jacqueline Ganim-DeFalco, and Deborah Gonet.
- In Rockport, you will find Cynthia Curtis, Rob Diebboll, Pam Stratton, Sara Wright, and Twin Lights Studio – Scott Place and Erin O’Sullivan.
The event is a “self-guided” visit with 15 individual stops to visit with 16 artisans. The CAA encourages visitors to do some advance planning by checking the online or printed map available at all the tourism outlets. Please use the website to guide you as there are some changes from the Spring and Fall tours for this special event. You will find brochures at the Cape Ann Chamber of Commerce, North of Boston CVB on 95 South, local banks, CAA partner locations, or individual artisan studios.
